Apex Physio Elite is a site operated by Apex Physio Elite Ltd ("we"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12345678 and have our registered office at 100 Performance Way, Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4EN. Our VAT number is GB 123 4567 89.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Please respect our time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a full charge for the missed appointment.

3. Practitioner Registration

All our clinicians are registered with their respective professional bodies, including the HCPC (Registration: PH123456) or equivalent standard bodies.

4. Liability

While we strive for the highest quality of clinical care, Apex Physio Elite Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. All treatment plans are discussed thoroughly before commencement. By booking a session via our booking system, you agree to these clinical terms.
